Transcripts and Thank-Yous
First, someone asked whether I have transcripts of the episodes for people with hearing disabilities. I hadn’t thought about that before, but I think it’s a terrific idea. I do write scripts for each show, and I am happy to share them. So I’ve gone back and added the transcripts for each episode and will do so going forward. The text doesn’t match the audio word for word as I sometimes make small revisions on the fly while recording, but I’d say it’s at least a 95 percent match.
Secondly, thank you to the listeners who have left me a comment or contacted me by e-mail. When you start a project like this, it’s great to know that somebody out there is paying attention, and it definitely gives me extra incentive to keep going and keep improving.
Also, a special thank-you to the listener who talked up the show on chinahistoryforum.com and chinese-forums.com. And to those of you who found this podcast through those sites, welcome and thank you for taking the time to check this out. Let me know what you think. As I said in episode 4, which was posted this morning, we are starting to get into the really good parts of the novel, and I can’t wait to dive into them with you.
Thanks for listening!
Thank you so much for dedicating the time to develop these podcasts. Keep up the good work and let us listeners know how we can help!
